4. Trademark & Manufacturer Compatibility
The Medical Equipment Company, LLC is an independent reseller of pre-owned equipment and replacement components, and a distributor of select new equipment lines. All manufacturer brand names, trademarks, and logos (including Midmark, Ritter, Brewer, UMF, Tuttnauer, 3M, Burton, Newman Medical, BrandMax, Health-O-Meter, and others) displayed on this site are the sole property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is strictly for descriptive and compatibility tracking purposes, and does not imply any official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the manufacturers.
5. Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to strict FDA & CDC regulations regarding equipment, to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- Exchanges – We only replace items if they are damaged. If you would like to exchange an unopened, unused item, contact us for an RMA and details.
- Shipping returns – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance to cover the return is highly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without obtaining an RMA from the manufacturer first.
6. Payment and Billing Policies
Payments for orders must be made through our secure checkout process. We accept major credit cards. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. Payment terms are only extended to established customers with an account in good standing. Purchase orders can be submitted in checkout or emailed. Payment terms are generally net 30 days.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing information. If we are unable to verify your billing details, your order may be delayed or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud.
7. Limitations
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
